We have bought more times from them, it was very complicated any time with the pick-up and when we faced some situations nobody was intrested. I would not recomand - zero support from their side.

once you put an item on your list, you can not remove it. it's a bit messy. it will help to see more info on the front image, like the auction number and the location. in my list I can not see if an item is from a different auction unless I open it

We have paid the value of invoice and waiting for pick-up notification from Troostwijk, but we found it in spam after days. Not even a call, it was not possible to have the pick-up on time. I tried several times by email for a decent resolution. It's impossible to comunicate with them. We only requested more transparency in regards of the pick-up time, and at least a week between the announcement and the pick-up date, because of the long distance we have to do. We start the trial.
